Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a two-year program offered by RSB that provides practical training in the field of management. Candidates must have completed graduation with at least 50% marks. CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT and CMAT scores are accepted. Additional weightage is given to work experience, but it is not mandatory.
The PGDM course begins with a foundation of about ten days to bring students to the same learning platform from varied academic backgrounds. The program initiates technical preparation in subjects such as accounting and mathematics, and introduce the field of management. Students get the opportunity to know the culture of business school. The program involves training for personal interviews and group discussions. Various guest lectures, industrial visits, summer internship programs, etc. are organized.
