The infrastructure includes well equipped classrooms, modern laboratories and library facilities. Also, the campus includes Marine Workshop with a wide range of machineries used to onboard a ship, simulator labs which provides cadets knowledge of operating a ship, and a ship in campus for hands on training. Hostel accommodations are well maintained and different for male and female cadets and also there are different buildings for different year cadets. For the physical work it offers a separate Gym for male and female cadets and playgrounds and courts for different sports like cricket, football, badminton, and volleyball.

The Campus is spread in 6500 sq.mts. of area having a big playground for cadet’s physical activities, workshop for practical trainings, academic building, hostels, gym, swimming pool, etc. It offers variety of clubs and associations for cadets to join and explore. Various sports like Cricket, Volleyball, Football, Table Tennis, Chess, etc. are played here. Recently constructed new academic building has full air conditioned class rooms. And new boy’s hostel is also constructed with 370 seater hostel. College is residential. A library is also recently constructed with 150 seats with more the 50,000 resources, books and magazines. Newly Inaugurated Cafeteria for providing refreshments to the cadets. Facilities for swimming pool and gymnastics are also available in the college.

Campus life is fully isolated from the external world. Cadet can focus to build their career. Playing grounds helps to overall physical development of cadet and motivating them to be focus toward their goals in their life. There are 2 academic blocks called new academic building and old academic building. The classes will be conducted on both new and old academic building. Classrooms contain air conditioners and a good environment to conduct classes. It also has a big library which contains all the types of marine related books for learning.

For academics there will be 2 semesters per year with nearly 1 month holidays between the semesters. There will be 2 internals per semester and final exam. There will be nearly 7 sections per batch and each section contains nearly 40 cadets. There will be fest called TEMPEST conducted every year in February - March.Read Full Review
