LNCT University assists students to complete their certification classes that are certified by Oracle. It also provides rigorous classroom and online training to ensure that students are prepared for the workplace and placement. Certifications and soft skill training is given to the students to make them the leaders in their field.

The campus witnessed hiring from TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, TVS, Syntel, L&T Infotech, and Infosys. Wipro, Mphasis, Microsoft, Amazon, and many other organizations came during the campus placement drive. Additionally, businesses such as Tech Mahindra, Sapient, Impetus, Amdocs, Mu Sigma, Persistent, and many others frequently come to campus for hiring. Many of main businesses, including Trident, Reliance, Tata, Eicher Motors, TMTL, AMW, Escorts, Ashok Leyland, and Force Motors are coming to campus to do placements only. Oracle, PDG, Mind Tree, and Up Grad and other employers are some of the most recent recruiters at the campus.

LNCT University has 90 acres of Wi-Fi campus with facilities such as laboratories, libraries, computing centres, playgrounds, and others. It features:

Classrooms: The classroom has long served as the centre of learning; they have high-tech amenities including air conditioning and high speed internet connectivity. 100+ Classrooms are there to train a large number of bright scientists, engineers, business people and artists.

Hostels: Most students who move away from their families feel like an outsider, so the institute tries to make the adjustment as easy as they can by providing a cosy and safe place to reside. The university has separate dorms for boys and girls that are watched over round-the-clock by wardens and watchful security staff. Living on campus aids students' socialization with their classmates as well as their academic progress. The main hostel amenities include comfortable rooms with air conditioning, with and without attached toilets. The rooms give enough space for movement and ventilation, Wi-Fi is available around-the-clock with internet access. Each hostel has its own mess/ kitchen that serve delicious, clean, and nutritious cuisines. Every hostel is equipped with the essential first aid supplies and during working hours, the college offers free medical assistance to students on the campus.

Mess & Canteen: It has a spacious mess where it provides wholesome food to students, instructors, and staff. Only veg food is offered at the mess and all hostellers receive morning tea, a typical breakfast, lunch, an evening snack, tea, supper, and milk from the mess. The food items are created with the needs of the residents in mind, and nutrition is included to make it complete. The management plans and oversees the meal programme with input from the students. The institute has a canteen where it offers its students meals that are healthful and nourishing at a reasonable price. From hot Samosa to wafers to meals, sweets and soft beverages, the menu is diverse.

Libraries: It is a crucial part of the college and was established as one of the core divisions of the university because of the significance that libraries play in fulfilling the requirements of the college's academic, research, and training programmes. It is a very active area on campus that offers learning and knowledge as well as supports research and study. The library is full with journals, and newsletters from all over the world. It also offers a variety of support services, including photocopying, audio-visual rooms, and an electronic media department that is connected with other reputable libraries in India. In addition to the Central Library, each faculty also has a departmental library for students and faculty.

Sports: It gives priority to athletics and related activities while maintaining a strong academic programme. The institution supports students by giving them access to all the facilities and tools they need to stay physically fit and in good health. Both sports and leisure activities have excellent amenities. Top-notch athletic facilities are available at the campus, including BB Courts, Tennis Courts, and Cricket Fields and Courts for volleyball.

Auditorium: Various academic and cultural events are held in the Auditorium and it has 500 seats and an excellent connection network that allows for the appropriate connectivity between the speaker and the audience. The fully air-cooled auditorium is equipped with great lighting, sound, and video projection technologies, which creates a comfortable environment for the presentation. Key components include proper seating arrangement, microphones, a large screen, and a projector. It is also used for cultural festivals, prize distribution ceremonies, pre-placement talks, workshops, and seminars.

Other Facilities: PNB as well as UCO Bank have also set up ATM machines on the campus for students and staff. A full-fledged transportation department operates with buses to provide transportation services for employees and students coming from various locations. It operates 80+ buses to transfer students from various locations around the city. 24-hour security personnel around the campus and patrols by security people are also done. Students can also enrol in NCC to volunteer their services and learn the basic military training.
