The Career Development and Placement Cell (CDPC) of RGUKT Kadapa are committed to enhance the personalities of students to make them competent and efficient professionals. It guides and trains students regularly based on the present curriculum and under the supervision of experienced faculties and industry personalities. The key responsibility of the cell is to guide students about different career options available in their interested sector and help them in accomplishing their professional goals. It also trains students as per the standards and expectations of industries by organising various training sessions to develop their personality, professional communication, and soft skills. It also organises Leadership Talks, Industry Oriented Workshops, Lectures, Curriculum Oriented Career Prospects, etc. Students have to undergo Summer Internship for duration of about 8 weeks. The CDPC informs students about the internship programs and provide them relevant information.
