Being a second-year student I only got 6 months before the pandemic to experience my college. In these 6 months, iLEAD has helped me in shaping my personality in various ways. iLEAD has been ranked as the 4th best media college in India. Though it’s a media college it also teaches courses like Bachelors in Business Administration, Gaming, Culinary Science, fashion designing, and animation. Our admission was based on a PI round and group discussion and a compulsory entrance exam. We also had a special session for parents before the college starting where the director of the college gave a speech about parenting which has helped my parents a lot. Next, we had student orientation where I got to know my classmates and made contacts with seniors through different events and tasks. iLEAD has always been a platform for me that has encouraged me in different aspects of my life. I always had a dream of doing a course in mass communication, so I searched, and Google recommended me this college as the 4th best media in India by KPMG. One month before the session starts a special cultural event is held by the college known as “student orientation”. In this event, the freshers have to perform and showcase their talents; the best performers are awarded and get a chance to participate in upcoming events of the college. I was thrilled by how the seniors organized the whole event and motivated me. I had always desired that I begin my college with a memorable event; this was also fulfilled when we had a fresher’s party two days before our session started.
