IICMR always puts efforts in grooming students for the professional world. The MCA and MBA Departments of the institute execute the Employability Enhancement Program to sharpen the students’ skills so that they can face Interview and Group Discussion rounds of companies smoothly. The Aptitude Training aims to enhance the critical thinking of students about Logical Reasoning and Mathematics. The Soft Skill Development Training assists students in learning skills like Presentation Skills, Team Work, Leadership, Flexibility, Interpersonal, etc. Guest Expert Lectures are organised by the institute to provide students opportunities to interact with corporate personalities and learn from their experiences. Industrial Visits are also organised for students to provide them practical experience of the industrial world.

The Lecture Halls of Institute of Industrial & Computer Management and Research have seating facilities for around 80 students and are equipped with LCD projectors. Students are offered below-mentioned facilities:

• Library: There are 2 Departmental Libraries within the campus that support research and teaching programs. Students have to take library membership to access academic resources stored here.
• Laboratories: The institute’s Computer Lab has seating capacity for around 60 students. To facilitate online lecture and training facilities, the lab has LCD projector and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Auditorium: Here around 250 students can sit comfortably. It consists of a super sound system, LCD projectors, and other amenities to host cultural events and conferences.
• Conference Room: It is designed in U-shaped and can accommodate around 20 students. It is an air-conditioned room that is facilitated with Wi-Fi connectivity and LCD projectors.
• Cafeteria: The cafeteria within the premises provides comfortable seating arrangements, hygienic environment, and delicious food.
• Hostel: There are 2 hostels within the campus separately for girls and boys. Each hostel can accommodate around 75 students. An attached mess facility is also available for students.
• Sports: The campus has a Sports Room that offers facilities for Indoor games like Carrom, Table Tennis, etc. The Outdoor ground has facilities for games like Cricket, Football, Basketball, and Volleyball.
