The Training and Placement Cell at GNC is highly focused on developing the employment skills of the students. It plays a crucial role in career planning of students and for their overall growth and development. It also guides and acknowledges students about different career opportunities. Various activities are undertaken by the training and placement cell for enhancing industry knowledge and skill sets of students. These activities are:

The students of GNC Muktsar are placed in various reputed organisations such as Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and many more.

GNC has a peaceful campus that is spread over 14.8 acres. It has lush green surroundings that provide a pleasant environment to the students. The college has a Wi-Fi enabled campus. It has five major blocks that are equipped with modern infrastructure and various facilities. There are spacious classrooms with all the necessary facilities that are required for delivering effective lectures. The below listed facilities are also available at the college for students:

• Laboratories: There are approximately 19 laboratories in the campus. These laboratories are equipped with various equipment, chemicals and tools that are required for carrying out practical tasks. Lab attendants are always present in the laboratories for guiding and monitoring student’s activities. Different laboratories that are present in the campus are Biotechnology Lab, Chemistry Lab, Botany Lab, Computer Science Lab, Textile Lab, Physics Lab, Language Lab, Zoology Lab, and more.
• Library: The library at GNC has state-of-the-art facilities for the students. It has a wide collection of books and other learning resources allied with different areas of study. It plays a crucial role in fulfilling the diverse academic requirements of students and faculty members.
• Hostel: The College provides residential facilities for girl students within the college itself. It has a beautiful landscape and a lush green environment. There are approximately 74 rooms in the hostel. A mess is also present in the hostel which offers nutritious and freshly prepared vegetarian meals to the students. A gymnasium is also available in the hostel for promoting physical health and fitness of students. Various other facilities like Common Room, Recreational Room, Medical Facilities, Canteen, Laundry Facility, 24x7 Electricity Facility, Wi-Fi, Provisional Store, and more are also available for the students residing in the hostel.
• Sports: For promoting sports and physical health of the students, the college provides proper sports infrastructure, training and facilities to the students. There is an eight lane track and playgrounds for different fields like Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Hockey, badminton, volleyball, etc. A newly constructed stadium is also present within the college which has a properly equipped gymnasium, seminar hall, guest rooms and an activity room for indoor games. The students of GNC also participate in various intra-college, intra university, inter-university and national level games.
• Conference Hall: There is a fully air conditioned conference hall in the college with a capacity to accommodate around 200 people at a time. It is equipped with audio-visual aids which includes a projector, display screen, audio system, and high speed internet connection. It is a favorable venue for conducting extension lectures, guest lectures, seminars, quizzes and more.
• Canteen: GNC has a fully furnished canteen with separate seating facilities for students and faculty members. It has sitting arrangements for around 150 students. The canteen serves fresh, delicious and hygienically prepared snacks. The quality of food offered at canteen is ensured by the canteen committee.
• Other Facilities: Faculty Residence, Shopping Complex, Parking Area, and many other facilities are also available in the college for students.
