The dormitory of Ramjas College has two independent blocks and includes two separate sections. The 1st Floor has two blocks designed specifically for female students, while the other four are for male students. Ramjas college hostel rooms are commonly available for students who do not reside in Delhi. Ramjas college hostels have a separate kitchen, dining hall, and lobby.
Ramjas College hostel food is of good taste and acceptable quality. Outsiders are not allowed in the hostels without a security check. CCTV cameras are available to supervise the activities on the hostel premises.
The Hostel has a custom of organising Saraswati Pooja. Cricket tournaments and cultural events like movie screenings, seminars, presentations, and excursions take place on the hostel premises. Ramjas College Hostel publishes a monthly journal. The patron of this magazine is the Warden. The hostels include common areas where guests can relax and play indoor games like chess and carom board while reading the day's newspapers and magazines. Large playgrounds, including basketball and volleyball courts, are also available.

A resident may have a visitor for a maximum of one day with the Warden's prior written consent. The same person cannot be another student's visitor.
Any resident who hosts an uninvited visitor will face severe disciplinary action.
The Hostel guards are present at the gates, always on duty, and have access to the guest register.
Before inviting a visitor into their room, a resident must get the Warden's approval and record their visit in the guest book.
The Hostel Committee will determine guest fees.
The care and upkeep of the furnishings and fittings provided to residents during admission is their responsibility.
Any resident detected utilising electrical appliances, such as heaters, will face disciplinary action.
It is forbidden to use intoxicating substances or drink alcohol on the hostel premises.
The male residents' rooms are not open to female guests.
