Ramjas College Faculty Profile, New Delhi

Not just math faculty but other facilities of Ramjas College are very professional and talented in their respective fields. Faculty members have mixed age ratio i.e. we can see young professors as well who teach us really well and inspire us to achieve our goals at young age. Math faculty has many professors who are very knowledgeable. In their teaching method, their main focus is on notes making plus we do have weekly lab classes as well. Some teachers do teach using projectors. The faculty members are really supportive and are always there to help us with our studies and subjects. Most of them are Ph.D holders and rest are pursuing their Ph.D. Teachers use mixed methods of teaching like whiteboard, PPT’s, group discussions, tutorial methods, etc. The teacher student ratio at Ramjas is like 1:70 (varies department to department), but I must say that teachers are approachable. They resolve any of our subject doubts in the tutorial classes and otherwise also.Read Full Review

About faculty, I think the professors here are very supportive, approachable and often provide knowledge beyond the syllabus to engage students in critical discussions and research. Many professors hold advance degrees and I personally like their way of teaching a lot.Read Full Review
