The LL. B. (Bachelor of Laws) offered by Al-Ameen College of Law is recognized by the Bar Council of India and has a 3-year study period. This undergraduate law program is a fulltime, on-campus course the successful completion of which leads to a LL. B. degree. The syllabus for this law program has been designed as per the strictures laid down by BCI and the Karnataka State Law University.
Applicants holding the graduate degree of any college or university approved by UGC, having achieved 45% in aggregate can apply. Candidates have to secure a minimum of 45% throughout their graduate study period to secure admission to the course. The course curriculum comprising of both compulsory and elective subjects, enable the students to gain a robust understanding of the fundamentals of law.
At the same time, the pupils imbibe thorough knowledge in the specialized branch of law they have opted to study. The different subjects included in the LL. B. curriculum includes legal methods, constitution law, property law, intellectual property rights, jurisprudence, environmental law, and so on.
The B.A. LL. B course has a five-year academic duration and is a fulltime on-campus program. Faculty members offer instructions as per the rules and regulations recommended by the Bar Council of India. The Karnataka State Law University has prescribed the syllabus of the B.A. LLB course of the law college.
Candidates who want to apply to this program must have cleared the 10+2 examination of any recognized state or central education board. Additionally, they must have secured at least 45% marks in the board examination.
