The Placement Committee of the EIILM Kolkata ensures that each student is ready to delve into corporate roles after completing their academics. To train students, the committee arranges Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, and Personal Interviews. The Placement Department also helps students in identifying the right job for them by conducting counselling and Personality Development Programs. Furthermore, Industry experts also conduct various activities to assist learners in improving soft skills. The primary focus of such activities remains on improving skills like team management, communication, leadership, public speaking, and others.  

Companies that visited the campus for Placements are Bata India Ltd., Vodafone Idea Limited, ITC, Tata Consumer Products, Byju’s, Dabur India Limited, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Parle Products Private Limited, Amul, Federal Bank Limited, LG Electronics, Nivea India, Indian Overseas Bank, Mahindra Logistics, and Nestle India Ltd.

Following are the details of infrastructure and facilities provided by EIILM Kolkata:

• Library: The Library on the campus has been established to impart, develop, and collect knowledge that is important for learning, research, and teaching purposes. The library has a subscription to more than 2600 national and international journals and a collection of about 52000 books. It also houses about 6000 printed materials and around 1200 volumes of project reports, dissertations, and periodicals. The library has a subscription to DELNET and EBSCO where students can find online e-resources.
• Language Lab: A Language Lab has been built in the campus where students are trained to improve their communication skills. Students get to learn pronunciation, grammar, diction, and sentence construction in the Language lab.
• Computer Lab: There are around 2 computer labs on the campus that are equipped with about 350 computers. Broadband internet connectivity and LAN network have been installed in the lab. 
• Capital Market Lab: The Institute has an “Online Stimulated Capital Market Lab” that contains around 65 terminals to train students in financial trading skills and Capital Markets. Students get to implement and practice speculations, hedging, and arbitrage approaches in Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives Markets, Equity, and Currency derivatives.
• Cafeteria: The Cafeteria of the Institute serves delicious food items at reasonable rates under hygienic conditions. Students can enjoy coffee, confectionary, tea, traditional breakfast, bakery items, and Indian and Chinese dishes in the cafeteria.
• Common Room: Students can enjoy and relax in the common room after their academic lectures. Here students can do extracurricular activities and play indoor games like Table Tennis and Carrom.
