Established in the year 2004 in Bangalore under the umbrella of World Humanitarian Charitable Trust, the institute’s mission is to achieve excellence in legal education and give preeminence to justice. Prof. C Ramamurthy founded the Trust, a philanthropist, an educationalist, aiming to assist poor and downtrodden people with the education without discrimination of creed, color, caste, etc.

The Trust focuses on providing the help during natural calamities, establishing roads, water sources, and bridges. It maintains and runs medical care outlets. The Trust promotes art and culture with Kala Kendra and protects children and women through welfare centers. The Trust provides stipends, scholarships, and monetary assistance to promote educational activities. The Trust assists publications and media promote culture and education.
