B.A.LL.B is an undergraduate program that offers an integrated five-year course in the field of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law. Karnataka State Law University offers the course with the proper approval of Bar Council of India.
Candidates with a passing certificate of 10+2 or higher secondary certificate examination from CBSE/ISC board are eligible to apply. Admission in the college depends upon marks scored in the entrance test conducted by the college.
BBA.LL.B, a full time integrated five years course offers a professional degree in law. Students studying the course get the chance to learn about business administration as well as law. They are first taught about commerce subjects such as Financial Accounting, Effective Communication, Principles of Management, and Computer Applications.
Further, they learn law subjects such as Family Law, Property Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Law of Torts, and Civil Law. The period in which students are required to complete both courses is five years. Candidates desirous of seeking admission in the course should have a passing certificate of 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks.
LL.B is a full time three years course that offers students a chance to make their career in the field of law and collect a bachelor degree. The 3-year course bifurcates into six semesters, and it deals with the study of several kinds of laws like Labour Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, International Law, and Human Rights.
Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s Degree/ Masters Degree from a recognized university are eligible to take admission in the course. Also, the candidates must have scored more than 45% to take admission. SC and ST candidates are given relaxation of 5% marks.
