In the year 2024 Students of The Oxford College of Nursing, Bangalore got direct campus placements in top companies like Fortis Healthcare, Apollo Healthcare, Wockhardt Ltd, Max Healthcare and more.
The OCN has a Guidance and Placement Cell that facilitates placements for the students by organizing campus placements. The Cell members maintain relationships with prospective employers and extend invitations for the Oxford College of Nursing campus placements.
The Oxford College of Nursing Placement Cell requires the pupils to register their names to avail job assistance. The Cell maintains partnerships with renowned hospitals, like Apollo and Wockhardt ones, for accommodating students via campus interviews. As part of the Cell’s duties, the members organize guest lectures for promoting student-industry interface, too. As such, the industry leaders can guide the students towards having successful careers in the Nursing sector through such collaborations.
The OCN’s Placement Cell works on the pupils’ weaknesses, strengths, skills, and aptitudes, for helping them achieve their career aspirations.
