IADC has a Placement Department named Indian Academy Center for Students Placement Services (IACSPS). It helps students to get placements in desired firms. It acts as a connecting link between industries and students. It conducts various placement activities for their skills and personality development. It conducts pre-placement training and facilitates internship opportunities to students.
IACSPS conducts campus placement drives. In this drive, it invites various associated corporations to hire students. Some of these corporations are Amazon, Deloitte, Accenture, Google, Cognizant, Capgemini, Reliance, Cipla, etc.

Indian Academy Degree College was established in the year 1994. Currently, the standard strength of the college is more than 3000 students from all around the world joining this institution for higher studies. Students from over 37 countries and from various states of India are a part of this institute. Indian Academy Degree College is an autonomous body; it has all of the control over its day-to-day process and curriculum. Equipped with all the latest facilities to help students in securing their future, the college campus attracts the students. The college holds the objective to encourage students to meet the challenges and make a profession. It is affiliated to the Bengaluru North University and has the recognition from University Grant Commission along with an ISO.
IADC offers students with UG and PG courses in commerce, management, science, and humanities. 17 UG courses and 14 PG courses with a Ph.D. program in Life Sciences are offered. An entrance test takes place along with medical tests to check whether the students meet the required medical requirements. Attendance must be above 75% in theory and practical respectively to sit for the semester and final examinations.
Indian Academy Degree College is a self-governing body. Recently, NAAC evaluated the college giving them grade ‘A’. The college has a well-maintained, stocked up library with books related to different subjects. The library contains numerous titles, textbooks, reference books, and journals. Digital library is also available giving access to resources from different public libraries, e-learning portals, etc. The main objective of the college library is to make information available to all the students.
