Arvind Gavali College of Pharmacy

The College has an active Placement Cell that bridges the gap between the students and the recruiting organisations. The cell invites companies to organise on-campus recruitment drives, workshops for honing the soft skills of the students, and more. Final year students are provided career counselling and offered training opportunities through the placement cell.

Some of the organisations visiting the college for recruitment purposes are Cipla, Emcure,Alembic, Cognizant, Lupin, Omega Healthcare, Encube, Indoco Remedies, etc.

Arvind Gavali College of Pharmacy is located in Satara, Maharashtra, and it offers requisite infrastructural facilities to enrich the students’ academic life which include unique amenities like medicinal plant garden. The following are few such amenities that the students are provided in the campus:

• Library: The library is spread in approximately 153 sq.ft. area & can accommodate around 100 students. It houses over 1076 titles, 7781+ books, and more than 229 e-books which are updated periodically. The college library also subscribes to various national and international journals which are accessible online through DELNET.
• Laboratories: The College has several laboratories equipped with the latest instruments, gadgets, and facilities necessary for providing practical learning experience to the students.
• Canteen: The college canteen is situated inside the campus and has indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Different types of dishes, snacks, beverages, and packaged food are served to the students & teachers at affordable prices.
• Hostel: The College offers separate hostel facilities to both girls and boys near the campus. Twin sharing rooms with basic amenities like furniture, and an attached bathroom are offered to the hostellers. Other amenities include power backup, water supply, and recreational facilities.
• Sports: The college has requisite sports infrastructure & latest equipment to encourage students to stay physically active. There are provisions for outdoor and indoor games. Annual sports events are organised by the College every year. Students are motivated to indulge in sports like badminton, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, chess, carrom, and more.
• Transport: Bus facilities are provided by the College to facilitate easy transportation to the students to and from the college.
