Spanning around 2 acres of land, the IFIM Law College area offers the students a host of modern facilities. There are classrooms having varying number of seats, an amphitheater, snack bar, gymnasium, and a computer lab. The College campus, also, has provisions for indoor and outdoor sports like Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Cricket, and Football. Further, the College campus is ICT-enabled that helps to improve the learning experience for the students.
Besides, hospitals and doctors are available to handle any health-related issues or medical emergency situations. Indeed, the medical center is equipped with all the amenities.
Further, the IFIM Law College infrastructure incorporates lecture halls, conference hall, and 250-seater auditorium for hosting seminars, conferences, and other events. The College, also, organizes workshops as part of the students’ practical training therein.
Then there are the College’s NSS drives that imbibe values of Corporate Social Responsibility in the pupils. As such, there are social outreach programs to raise awareness of diseases plaguing society such as AIDs. Blood donation drives are one of the College’s undertakings, too. In turn, by participating in the welfare projects, the pupils groom into disciplined members of society.
To aid the overall development of the students, one of the College’s initiatives is the Personality Enhancement Program (PEP) that follows the pattern of experiential learning. This course is grouped under 2 categories; managing lifestyle and developing life skills. The pupils have to complete the tasks under both streams to pass the program.
At IFIM, there is focus on honing the pupils’ public speaking, presentation and leadership skills, as well. That said, the students can avail the IFIM’s Toastmasters Club to get help in overcoming their fear of public speaking.
There are initiatives to protect the interests of the varied students on the IFIM Law College campus, too. There is a Ragging Monitoring Cell for registering any ragging complaints. Also, the Cell for Atrocities Against Women is approachable for any untoward complaints of the female students. The SC/ST Grievance Redressal helps to keep a check on any kind of discrimination against the backward communities.
Other initiatives of the College are Legal Aid Cell, Debating Society, Moot Court Society, and Cultural Society.
