HRD empowers students with skills and qualities to achieve excellence in the professional and personal front. It plays an important role in the transformation of students as per industry expectation. Students are informed about the necessity of good scores and are always motivated to achieve the same.

HRD organizes industry-related seminars and training programs and students get exposure to these programs from the very first day. Along with these sessions, online and offline mock tests also prepare students for recruitment. It is mandatory for every student to participate in these tests. Evaluation procedures are according to the corporate world so that students can be examined as per standard. The department prepares students with analytical, logical skills, commendable communication skills and practical knowledge. The department firmly believes in training young minds to be dedicated, disciplined and determined so they can be confident enough to attain prosperity, growth, and excellence.  The package offered by the companies like TCS, Infosys, Adobe and L&T is in the range of INR 2.5 LPA-4.5 LPA. The highest package is INR 18 LPA offered by Indian Navy. P3 Voith and BYJU’s offered package of INR 10 LPA to the students.
