Hostel of EWCE provides hygienic and comfortable accommodation to the students. There is separate girls’ hostel and boys’ hostel. It is the next better place to the home where students can relax and enjoy after the tiring day. Warden present at hostel manages the issues and looks after the requirement of students. The experienced and technically trained staffs take care of hostel maintenance.
Hostel rooms are available on sharing basis. There are three floors in boys hostel excluding basement and ground. At each floor, there are two wings and each wing has 62 rooms. For every student, there is a study table, wardrobe, cot, chair and cabinet for book stores. The hot water facility is available in winters with the solar heaters installed on the terrace. For recreation purpose, reading rooms, indoor games and TV is also available. Visitors can meet the students at the visitor's lounge.
Girl’s hostel also comprises of warden’s office, reading room, visitors lounge, TV lounge, dining hall, and indoor gaming facilities. Parking space is also available. 47 rooms are available in girl’s hostel with eleven rooms on each floor. Three thousand liters solar water heater is available that provides hot water during winter.
The hostel mess provides delicious and hygienic meals. The menu comprises of North Indian as well as South Indian cuisines so that students from different regions can easily satisfy their taste buds. Attention is given on quality, cleanliness, and hygiene of food prepared in the mess. Management appoints skilled and experienced cooks.
