The Training and Placement Cell of the college establishes and maintains relationship with various reputed companies for placement of the students. Personal counseling programs are imparted by the cell to assist students in choosing the right professional career. Industrial training is arranged by the cell in Pharmaceutical industry, hospital pharmacy, retail medical store, etc. Moreover, the cell takes initiatives to organise industrial visits and various training programs for the overall development of the students.

Some of the recruiters of the college are Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Cognizant, Glenmark, Piramal, Sun Pharma, Lupin Pharmaceuticals, Cipla, Crest Premedia, Dr. Reddy’s, Wockhardt, Emcure, Novartis, Serum Institute of India, Biocon Biologics, Abbott Laboratories, Sanofi, Ranbaxy Laboratories, and many other prestigious organisations.

The college building has a built up area of 7320.38 square meters which provides various infrastructure and facilities. Safe and secure environment is provided to the students in the campus and CCTV’s are installed for the safety purpose. There are various classrooms in the college which are fully ventilated and enabled with facilities like LCD projectors, smart boards, OHP, black boards, etc. Separate tutorial rooms are provided to each department for conducting meetings, discussions, and many other programs. Auditorium is available with adequate facilities like projectors, audio-visual system, electrical backup facility, etc. There are various other facilities of the college which are mentioned below:

• Library: This place is regarded as a knowledge hub which is stocked with a number of books, titles, national & international journals, references, magazines, newspapers, e-books, e-journals, periodicals, and many other reading materials. Separate sections in the library are available such as book issue section, reading room section, reference section, journal section, and digital library section. Comfortable seating arrangement is provided to the students in the library. Additional library facilities to each department are provided with easy access to all the resources.
• Laboratories: In the college campus, there are more than 15 laboratories which are equipped with modern amenities to facilitate the practical’s. In every laboratory, a fire extinguisher and hydrant system are available. Latest updated computer systems are available in the computer lab of the college with internet services.
• Hostel: Central accommodation facilities are provided by the All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society to both girls and boys separately. Around 200 girl students and 100 boy students can be accommodated by the hostels. The hostel has spacious rooms which are allotted on twin sharing basis. Each student is provided with a bed, chair, table, lockers, cupboards, etc. Dining hall is available in the hostel which provides nutritious food meals to the students at nominal rates. Moreover, the hostel also has a television room, visitor’s room, and parking facility.
• Museum: In the campus, a centralised museum is available which displays the market drug formulations such as tablets, ointments, capsules, powder, cosmetics, anatomy models, nasal spray, liquid dosage forms, etc.
• Canteen: There are 2 canteen’s available in the college campus which has wide range of food options at reasonable prices.
• Sports: To maintain the physical health of the students, the college provides both indoor and outdoor sports facilities for games like chess, carom, badminton, kabaddi, table tennis, cricket, etc. In the campus, a well equipped gymnasium is available. Students get the opportunity to participate in various sports events and tournaments.
• Seminar & Conference Hall: In the college premises, a fully furnished and air-conditioned seminar and conference hall is available which are enabled with ICT facilities. The hall is equipped with LCD projector, round table, Wi-Fi, podium, speakers, etc. Guest lectures, seminars, conferences, meetings, etc are organised by the college in this place.
