AISSMS College of Pharmacy Campus is located in proximity to Pune station and has the built-up area of about 72,000 sq.ft. The campus infrastructure caters to the needs of students and faculty. The administrative area on the ground floor offers easy access to the students and visitors. This area has proper working space. Separate sections are available which serves as reception area, principal cabin, inquiry section, waiting area, and finance and account department.
Academia has an airy and spacious animal house which has a built-up area of 80 sqmt. Maintenance of the animal house is as per guidelines of CPCSEA. For organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures, conferences, and other events Auditorium hall is present on the third floor of the institution. It is equipped with LCD projector, audio-visual system and projector screen with power back up facility.
Special banking facilities are available for students and staff by the Bank of Baroda and Bank of Maharashtra. The extension centers of these banks are present close to Central campus where ATM facility is available for students and staff.
There are two canteens available on the college campus that serves students and staff members. Variety of delicious and hygienic meals, snacks, lunch, and breakfast are available here at reasonable rates during college hours.
Institute also boasts of the chemical store that has separate sections for solid chemicals, acids and inflammable solvents. From this chemical store, all the required glassware and chemicals are made available to the respective departments as per requirements.
Ventilated and well-lit classrooms are available for the students of B.Pharm and M.Pharm course. Classrooms have all the latest teaching aids like a digital smart board, blackboard, LCD projector, blackboard, and overhead projectors. The seating arrangement available in all classrooms is comfortable.
Academia has air-conditioned and well-equipped computer laboratory with unlimited internet access to refer to online resources. Separate internet and computing facility is available for postgraduate students. There are 18 laboratories for undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. students. All these laboratories have modern facilities as well as instruments for conducting practical as per the course designed by the university. For safety purpose, hydration and fire extinguishers are available in laboratories.
The institute boasts of the centralized museum for the display of information and models. Many drug formulations are present here. Students, parents, faculty, and stakeholders can see these displays. There are an air conditioning and well-furnished conference and seminar hall for organizing guest lectures, board meetings, and other events.
Cultural activities and sports are crucial for the all-round development of students. The campus offers a playground and a fully equipped gymnasium. Indoor and outdoor games are available for the students. This maintains the physical and mental strength of the students.
As the campus is present in the heart of the city, thus it has good connectivity by the train, bus, and auto-rickshaw. Transport facility is available for girls and boys staying at hostels. The institute also provides transport facility for Industrial visits, event visit, EVS trip, educational tours, etc.
