RRCE has a Training and Placement Cell which organises seminars, mock interviews, and group discussions which provide industry specific training and development programs for students. These programs help students’ face the corporate world and encourage them to build a strong personality. The placement cell undertakes various activities ensuring enough job opportunities for students. The placement cell conducts a 360-degree performance improvement program for students to develop their personality and professional skills. The activities undertaken by the placement cell include: organising ON-campus, OFF-campus, & pooled-campus recruitment, facilitating live projects, pre-joining learning activities, counseling on job opportunities, ED cell, organising in-plant training during vacations, and helping students during industry visits.

The campus is located on Mysore highway and it provides high speed internet and computing facilities. Also, it offers excellent infrastructural facilities to the students which are mentioned below:

• Library: The library contains approximately 35000 volumes on different subjects with 25+ International & 50+ National journals. It is Wi-Fi enabled and has a discussion room, circulation section, reference section, book bank facility, e-resources delivery facility, career development materials, and various other facilities as well. It is also equipped with a LCD projector, CD writer, slide projector scanner and other useful instruments. The digital library provides access to e-journals, and e-books as well.
• Laboratories: The laboratories have a well built infrastructure with latest technological facilities to provide practical training to students and enhance their experience.
• Computer Center: The College provides access to internet facilities with a well established computer centre which adds an advantage to the growth of students.
• Hostel: Separate hostel for boys and girls are available for students with well-furnished rooms. It provides facilities like: laundry, mess, power backup, dining hall, water coolers, etc. Health facilities are also available in the hostel for students to ensure their safety.
• Classrooms: The classrooms have comfortable seating arrangements and are very well ventilated.
• Cafeteria: The cafeteria has a homely atmosphere which serves refreshments and beverages at affordable prices. The canteen offers North Indian, South Indian, and Chinese cuisines based on students’ preferences.
• Auditorium: The Auditorium consists of a seating capacity of over 300 people and this space is used to conduct seminars, conferences, workshops & seminars. It offers various facilities like LCD projectors, white boards, and screens.
• Conference Hall: The conference hall has international level facilities which encourage cultural activities. Also, it consists of a state of art audio visual system which enhances interactive experiences.
• Transportation: The facility of bus transportation is available to students for reaching the campus with ease and comfort. The defined bus routes provide convenience for students and also the transportation is connected to BMTC bus services.
• Medical Facilities: Counseling sessions are organised by the management for students through a psychometric test. Students also have access to an accident insurance plan as the college is concerned about the health of students.
• Sports: The college campus has a spacious ground for hockey, football, & cricket. Also, it has a basketball court, volleyball court, and gymnasium.
