Application Process for Indian Candidates

After meeting the above-mentioned eligibility for the desired UG and PG programs, candidates have to appear for the GITAM Admission Test (GAT) if they have not qualified for any State / National Level Entrance Examinations. They can register for GAT through the official website. Admission Registrations are also done through the official website. Candidates need to follow these steps:

Go to the website >>> Open the Application Form >>> Select the Program >>> Fill up the Personal Details >>> Pay the Application Fee >>> Download / Print the Application.

Application Process for International Candidates

Candidates applying under the NRI / Foreign Category for UG courses offered here can fill up the Application either through Online or Offline methods. To apply through the Offline method, they can Download the Form via the link provided on the official website and submit scanned documents on the University’s Email ID. For Online Application, follow the below stated steps:

• Candidates need to visit the official website and open the Application page
• After filling up the form, they must upload the requested documents
• The university will start the verification process of the applications submitted by candidates.
• Candidates have 2 options in the application. One is they can avail 100% scholarship on tuition fees which will be based on their GITA Online Test Performance. Whereas, the second option includes Direct Admission which will be based on their previous Academic Performance.
• Selected candidates will be provided with a Conditional Admission offer where they need to pay one-time Admission Fees.
• They will receive a Provisional Admission Offer to apply for a visa.

Students are offered with Scholarships ranging from 15% to 100% based on the scores obtained by them in different competitive examinations. The table below contains the information regarding the exams that need to be cleared to claim scholarships:

Students are also eligible for Merit Scholarships and Sports Scholarships based on their performance in academics and sports respectively. They can apply for all these scholarships through the Admission Portal at the time of counselling on the basis of GAT / National / State Level Entrance Examinations results.
