IIM Sambalpur Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus at IIM Sambalpur is one of the best among all IIMs. The integration of local Sambalpur art into the architecture of the campus makes it even more beautiful. The admin, academic, and faculty blocks are highly maintained areas, as throughout the year MDP programs are held along with others. The security of the campus is top-notch, ensuring complete safety for the students and other stakeholders of the campus. The sports arena is again one of the best, and the students love spending leisure time playing football, basketball, badminton, etc. My favorite is mess along with sports arena, since I have created some of the best memories there.

The overall campus life is great. There are several clubs and committees to be a part of apart from academics. I am a part of the Consulting Club ‘Consiglio’. Several events are organized by these clubs ensure the campus life is always happening and there's never a dull moment. The annual fest is one of the most fun and highly celebrated events on campus. Along with that, all regional festivals are celebrated on campus, making everyone feel at home. Built really good campus with great facilities. There are cafeteria, sports complex, hostels, and other facilities. The hostel rooms are really well equipped with AC, cupboards and table, bed, high speed Wi-Fi, etc. Common rooms in the hostel are the center for having various fun activities, watching TV, playing games, talking, study purposes, etc. The refrigerator is also provided for stuffs to save like sweets, curd, milk etc. There are a lot of security guards all over campus to ensure students safety.

Campus is really good. Infrastructure has lot of facilities but location wise very low connectivity as airport is far away. The nearest one is at the distance of 18 kilometers. You won’t get things available easily from the neighborhood but online delivery is available here. 24/7 security all over the campus is provided and it also has cafeteria where you can get food at 3 am too.Read Full Review

Because our campus is just 2 years old or maybe less than that. The campus is spread in the area of approximately 200 acres. We have greenery all over the campus. The classroom in the campus are high-tech and are equipped with 6 white boards, two projectors, one screen as well as mic fitted in the ceiling. Our academic area has glass doors that are operated by sensors. It's a great campus.

The campuses are really great as I have said its great but there is no campus life as such. As Sambhalpur is a rural area there are no clubs or parties arranged in neither the campus nor there are any such things in the neighborhood. Sambhalpur is very peaceful and it does not have any hotels or pubs.Read Full Review
