Because I am supposed to answer why I chose this course, my answer is I was fed up of engineering. The other reason being the disaster management field looked more attractive to me. Along with high profile job that we get through it, we can also work for the betterment of the society. That was the personally the biggest motivation for me. Well academics here taught us that rather than just being a mere job seeker, we could actually create business opportunities. My dad had a successful business in Bhopal and in the midway, I decided to join that because QSR’s can be one of the most profitable businesses today. QSR’s case studies were a part of our studies and people like Zhao who used to see burger at McDonald’s is world 6th richest man today. So, academics here was about making students realize the value of their degrees because if all MBA students will thrive for jobs, then who will create those jobs. As I have a keen interest in financial administration so I decided to pursue; MBA in financial administration after completing my graduation. The selection criteria in the IMS DAVV is quite fair and the enrollment is done on the basis of the performance of the student in the entrance test conducted by the University. After that university-level counseling is conducted and those students who managed to get more than the cut off marks decided by the institute are eligible to get admission. My experience in the IMS was quite thrilling and I found myself fortunate to get the opportunity to learn the basics of Management from the expert faculties.Read Full Review
