The Career Development Centre of KCTBS is responsible for providing placement assistance by conducting different activities and training sessions. The guidelines presented by the centre define the structure and the procedure of placement activities. The centre ensures to maintain quality standards of the jobs that are offered to the students.

The campus of KCTBS is situated in 150 acres of land constituting different blocks of academics and administrative sections. It also has a big playground for students which encompasses 23 acres. The infrastructure of the college offers advanced facilities for students which are given below:

• Library: The campus has a spacious library which provides an open access system to unfold learning paths for students. This library of the campus is known as Mahatma Gandhi Central Library which is spread over an area of 1714 sq. m. The library has more than 63000 titles, 200+ print journals & magazines, 111700+ volumes, 2400+ books, and 31000+ online international journals. Additionally, it provides fully automated learning resources offering access to national digital library, and reprography facility. The central library has a board room, nucleus, node, infinity loop, information desk, and refreshment point.
• Hostel: The hostel has separate sections for boys and girls wherein 2100+ and 1200+ students can be accommodated respectively. Spacious rooms are available in the hostel with modern amenities and caretakers are present round the clock to ensure basic requirements of students. The hostel fulfills the needs of basic facilities for students such as dining, hot water facility, TV, newspaper, Wi-Fi, gym, reading room, and indoor games.
• Auditorium: The auditorium of the college has 1400+ seating capacity with a built-in PA system having a stage of 1632 sq. ft. It has a huge indoor space with audio-visual systems, lounge space, green room, Wi-Fi facilities to conduct mega events such as workshops, seminars, and various other events.
• Cafeteria: The campus has a KORE cafeteria which serves approximately 1000 students at a time. The cafeteria ensures hygiene facilities for students while serving tasty food. Also, there is an availability of food courts & coffee shops which provides relaxation to students.
• Sports: Indoor and outdoor sports facilities are available for students to pursue their interest in games such as football, cricket, basketball, hockey, badminton, kabaddi, handball, kho-kho, tennis, throw ball, and outdoor gymnasium. Indoor sports facilities are available for martial arts as students are trained here for karate, boxing, wushu, silambam, and fencing. Additionally, Yoga training is also provided here so that the students can maintain their physical and mental health.
• Medical Facilities: The campus caters to the medical needs of students by providing 24x7 ambulance facilities with doctors and nursing assistants.
• Shop: Students can purchase grocery items & consumer goods from KMart and fulfill their needs.
