Universal Business School admits students through online applications.
Step 1: Completely fill out the online application form. The application form will be processed once Rs. 2000 has been received.
STEP 2: Email the necessary documents to the admissions office. Any document that is unavailable can be emailed at a later time.
STEP 3: Students have to give the UBS Aptitude Test. Candidates can avoid taking the UBSAT if they have SAT, ACT, Pearson, or UGAT scores.
STEP 4: Personal Interview by the college and later, selected candidates will receive an offer letter so that they can pursue their degrees.

Eligibility Criteria:
The student's scores on the 10th and 12th-grade board exams should have been 60%. Around 50% of the weightage is given to academic performance. The UBS aptitude test is given a weighted average of 25%. Communication and other skills will be tested during the interview, which has a weighted average of 25%.
Universal Business School offers financial merit-based scholarships to top candidates who have distinguished themselves in their academics, co-curricular activities, sports, and work experience. The students have to fill out the scholarship form to support their application. To make the application strong, students are asked to submit all the information. Students who are excellent in clubs, sports, drama music, etc have a chance to win scholarships. Some scholarships are also given based on the leadership qualities of students. They have to explain their leadership role in any activity or organization. UBS has complete authority over the total amount of assistance provided, which is determined by a variety of factors.

There are also initiatives for senior management's leadership development. The career cell has thorough knowledge of talent management issues and business challenges. For its students, it has consistently produced impressive placement results year after year. The average salary at the school is 10.46 LPA, while the highest international salary of all time is 1.01 Crore. 15.10 LPA is the highest domestic salary offer.
Over 270 companies visited the campus in 2022 and conducted up to 890 interviews there. The students received about 9 different international job offers. Over 180 placement offers were made in total. A student received the highest internship offer from Go Digit. Asian Paints, Reliance, Adidas, TCS, American Express, and Deloitte were interested in hiring students and gave job offers to deserving ones. With 98% of the class of 2022 already placed, the placement process has been successful. The highest pay in 2022 came from Nova Star Company and was 40 LPA. Federal bank alone employed students for up to 12 LPA. Another student was hired by Ever Shine Company for 25 LPA.
Marketing students were hired by Honda, Jaguar, Godrej, Asian Paints, Bajaj, Bisleri, CCD, D-Mart, Sony, ITC, and LG. Students with degrees in finance often receive offers from banks like IndusInd, Axis, Birla Sun Life, DHFL, Kotak, and CitiBank.
Universal Business School has a campus in Karjat, Maharashtra and the main office is located in Mumbai. It has international living conditions and has been designated a 5-star university by India Today Magazine for the outstanding student living areas.
The college has fully Wi-Fi enabled building and fully air-conditioned academic blocks. It has a separate Jain kitchen and Medical centre if students need any medical emergency on campus. The college also has accommodation for guests and one residence is for the Dean of the college. The main block has been designed by foreign-based architects. The campus is surrounded by nature and lush green trees with mountain views. The college also has a library where students usually go after their classes to read the course books. The library is really big and home to many books and journals.
Smart Classrooms: The classrooms have interactive boards with touch screens. There is also automation using a remote control and the finger is scanned for attendance. There are also comfortable chairs and video connectivity for remote lectures by foreign faculties.
Hostels: Students live in resort-like apartments where they get A/C rooms with attached washrooms. There is also a living room and a dining room in the hostel for hostellers. The rooms are really arranged and furnished with beds, chairs, and cupboards. The washrooms have a hot water facility and the rooms are mountain facing. There are separate buildings for males and females with 24 hours security. ATM, Gym and Laundry services are also there on campus for students.
Sports Centre: There is an indoor and outdoor sports centre at the college. The indoor centre has a fully equipped gym, yoga centre, lounge with piano, TT, Movie theatre, Carom, Chess, and one health club. The outdoor area has a football and cricket ground with floodlights and BB, Volleyball and Tennis court as well. There are also facilities for mountain biking and trekking as well on this school which is very rare to find.
