The university is situated in Sri City and is located approximately 60 Km from Chennai on the Nellore Highway. The campus building of IIIT Sri City has advanced infrastructure that supports engaging learning sessions for students. Each floor of the building has a selected area including air-conditioned classrooms, a student activity centre, and labs. All the classrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with modern AV equipment. The ground floor of the building has approximately 6 rooms each having accommodation capacity for 100+ students.
