All the professors are well qualified; most of them have done research from the premier universities in the country or abroad (South Korea, Japan, Germany). They are all helpful and if anyone wants to pursue higher studies then they can easily do so under their guidance. HOD of CS department has more than 15 years of experience in teaching and he has done his Ph.D from Jadhavpur University. HOD of EC department has more than 10 years of teaching experience and has completed his Ph.D from IIT Guwahati. Most of the teachers belong to the Meitei community. IIIT Manipur has well qualified Faculties. Many of those have a PHD degree from IIT. The teaching Quality is very good with mix of theoretical as well as practical approaches. The lab classes are provided on a regular basis. Semester exams are quite challenging as it tests your theoretical practical knowledge.Read Full Review
