Nagindas Khandwala College of Commerce, Arts and Management Studies

There is a Career Development and Placement Cell at the college which is the main link for the students and the companies. The cell is responsible for developing the right attitude of students so that they can have a successful career. The cell emphasises towards communication skills and leadership skills of students and to inculcate team spirit among the students and develop responsible professionals. Training sessions are conducted to equip students with the necessary skills. Mock interviews and group discussions are included in the training sessions.

The infrastructure of the college is well developed as it provides many facilities to the students for their comfort and ease. The campus is filled with green surroundings. The facilities are given below which are useful for the learning process of students:

• Library & Information Centre: The library in the campus is well stocked with learning materials as it consists of more than 42000 books, 100 journals and several other online learning sources. The library offers resources to the students allowing them to perform their research work with much efficiency. The library is completely automated and offers an Open Access System to cater to the needs of students.
• Auditorium: The College has an auditorium which is known as Jagmohandas Gokaldas Memorial Hall which is designed to provide state-of-art facilities to the students. The auditorium is used to conduct seminars, workshops, cultural programs and other co-curricular events.
• Computer Lab: The campus has hi-tech computer labs which are equipped with many computers providing internet access to the students. The labs are fully air conditioned and students are supervised under professional IT experts in the lab.
• Canteen: The canteen at the campus offers food which is prepared in a hygienic environment. It offers South Indian dishes with different kinds of meals along with beverages.
• Conference Room: A conference room is there at the campus which is well equipped and air conditioned. It is used to conduct academic group interactions, seminars and activities.
• Sports: Physical activities are promoted at the college as it organises various indoor and outdoor sports activities. The games that can be played by the students are chess, carom, table tennis, volleyball, cricket, kabaddi, etc.
• Gym: The gym at the campus consists of state-of-the-art sports equipment that is helpful in performing physical activities. There are separate sections for boys and girls in the gym.
