Vivekanandha Dental College for Women, Elayampalayam has a beautiful campus with top-notch infrastructural facilities to cater to the educational needs of the students. The campus including hostels is Wi-Fi enabled. The lecture halls of the College have seating arrangements for approximately 120 students. These are air-conditioned and are equipped with the latest AV aids for enhanced learning experience. There are dedicated Internet Labs and Computer Centres in the College with high speed Internet connectivity so that students can conduct their academic work effortlessly.

• Library: The Central Library of the College has a carpet area of approximately 8000 square feet and has a seating capacity of 300+ students. It is air-conditioned and houses various types of study resources such as online databases, 3000+ books, WHO publications, 80+ National and International journals, back volumes, and dailies, etc. Reprographic facilities are also available for the students.
  • The Digital Library has around 67 computer systems and has an extensive collection of e-learning resources such as CD-ROM, e-journals, e-news clippings, etc. It has subscribed to various e-learning platforms like NPTEL, IEEE, Elsevier, ASTM, J-Gate, DELNET, etc. and has membership with TERI Library, British Council Library, National Geographic, etc.
• Laboratories: Various labs are set up which can accommodate 70+ students and are well-equipped with the latest tools and equipment. These have 100+ dental workstations to provide preclinical training to the students. Each lab has a demonstration room to provide instruction to the students and organise group discussions.
• Auditorium: The auditorium is huge and can accommodate around 5000 students. It is air-conditioned and has a radial round aluminium spotlight. Many International and National Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Meetings, and Cultural functions are organised here. There is one more auditorium with ultramodern facilities that can accommodate around 400 students and is used to organise academic programs.
• Cafeteria: There are around 5 canteens in the College, located near the hostels. It serves delicious and hygienic food. Students are provided with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options and caters to students' diverse preferences. Students can also purchase snacks, beverages, sweets, deserts, bakery items, etc. at reasonable prices.
• Hostel: Students are provided accommodation facilities according to their requirements. The hostels have requisite amenities like Wi-Fi connectivity; STD and ISD call services, dry cleaning facilities, power supply, common television, study rooms, solar water heaters, water purifiers, etc. The hostel rooms are furnished with attached bathrooms. Additionally, an air-conditioned gym is available with ultramodern gym equipment for the students. Game facilities include a shuttle and table tennis court, chess, etc. The dining halls are spacious and students are served vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options prepared in mess with hygiene.
• Sports: There are various Inter and Intra-collegiate sports tournaments organised for the students to identify their hidden talents and develop sportsmanship in them.
