Rajas Dental College and Hospital Kavalkinaru offers placement support to the students. The Placement Cell assures that the students are placed at clinics or hospitals.

Previously, the BDS students have been placed / interned at PR Punnagai dental clinic, Dr. Mahalingam Dental Clinic, Dr. Jaishlal (Dr. Lals Dental Clinic), Zion Dental Care, etc.

Rajas Dental College Tirunelveli provides several academic and administrative amenities to the students. The campus works entirely using renewable resources like solar plants, rain water harvesting, LED lights, cycles, etc. College offers spacious lecture halls that are equipped with LCD projector, green board and charts.

The utilities offered by the college include:

• Library: Library is equipped with dentistry books and journals. It also offers e-resources to the students where they can attain knowledge from e-journals, books and periodicals. The college facilitates the students with a research section and a collection of submitted dissertations that help the students in their research activities.
• Laboratories: The College comprises various laboratories to educate the students about basic concepts of various subjects. The Laboratories are equipped with a patient stimulator, IOPA. OPG, Lateral Cephologram, etc. Available Laboratories in the college are:

• Auditorium: College auditorium has a seating capacity of approximately 1000 people. The auditorium is spread in about 18,000 sq.ft of area. It is used to conduct various events like, cultural programs, pongal celebration, conferences, seminars, Christmas celebration, Onam, CDE programs, etc.
• Seminar Halls: Seminar halls at the college facilitate UG and PG students with the opportunity to give presentations and improve their technical skills.
• Conference Halls: These halls are used to conduct meetings between the administration team and teachers.
• Cafeteria: College offers a spacious cafeteria that offers hygienic food to the students, The cafeteria and separate sections for Veg. and Non-veg.
• Sports: The College encourages active student participation in various sports with the motive to build teamwork. They train the students for various outdoor games like long jump, javelin throw, shot put, high jump, etc. The indoor stadium is spread in the area of approximately 6,000 sq. ft. The indoor sports facility provided to the students involves badminton, table tennis, shuttle etc. Moreover, the sports section has arrangements for outdoor games like cricket, basketball, volleyball, etc.
• Hostel: Different hostels are provided to both girls and boys. The hostels are equipped with modern technologies, a mess that serves healthy and hot food to the students 3 times a day along with evening tea and snacks. Tight security provided and the inmate warden ensures a safe and peaceful atmosphere for the hostellers.
• Transport: The College facilitates the students and faculty members with hassle-free and safe transportation in the radius of 50 kilometers from the college on a daily basis.
