SVSU Meerut Placement Cell Committee consists of Training and Placement Coordinators for different faculties, responsible for improving placement opportunities. The placement statistics specific to different streams at the University can be understood with the graphs mentioned and the details provided below:  

In the Management stream, the data of industries in which students have found jobs revealed that 28% of the students were placed in Business Development, 7% in IT, 9% were placed in Marketing, 8% in Product Management, 13% in Operations, and 9% were placed in Sales. Moreover, 26% of management students were placed in ‘other’ category covering multiple sectors such as Project Management Engineering etc.

The University’s placement report specific to the Engineering stream shows that 57% of the students were placed in core fields, 28% were placed in IT, and 10% in Education related fields. Moreover, 6% of the students found employment in Consulting while the remaining 7% have joined the organisations in the FMCG sector.

The data specific to placements within Science stream reflects that 82.4% of the students were placed in IT and 7.4% in the Software sector. Furthermore, 5.9% of the students secured placement in Marketing and the rest of the 4.4% students got placed in Media Houses.
