College of Architecture offers two full-time programs at UG and PG level. Students pursuing the course get the opportunity to adhere to the basic concept of the course and grab the knowledge about it.
B.Arch is a five-year course that offers a student the opportunity to learn the basics of architectural principles. The first year of the course comprises of the basics while the second year consists of internships where individuals get projects to work on. The first year of the course is a short trailer of the remaining four years as it has few course loads. During the first two semesters, students get to adhere to the basics of the built environment, concepts, and architectural vocabulary.
Candidates wanting to take admission in the course should have at least 50% marks in their 10+2 exams. In addition to that, they must have Mathematics as their compulsory subject. They must have completed their schooling from a recognized board.
This 2-year full-time course offers a postgraduate degree to students. The course comprises of artistic as well as scientific component. The course came into light in 2006 and it provides knowledge of techniques that relates to climate-responsive architecture.
Candidates desirous of taking admission in M.Arch are must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a similar course in engineering like B.E. in civil. In addition, the candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks scored in their bachelors.
