ACP has established an active Training and Placement Committee. The major role of this placement committee is to:

• Provide the students with career counseling and help them in uncovering their inner abilities.
• Work as a linkage between scholars and industries.
• Organise training programs for students like mock interviews, GD, online & offline tests, and projects.
• Develop the basic professional abilities of the students like soft skills, personality development, communicational skills, and analytical knowledge.
• Organise on and off-campus placement drives for the final year students.

To promote the idea of business and entrepreneurship in young minds, the institute has established an Alard Center for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (ACIIE). The role of ACIIE is to create an ecosystem that helps the student in entrepreneurship, innovation, and foolproof research on business & its ideas. Placement companies that provide job opportunities to the student here are Amway India, Rishi Ratna Pharmaceuticals, Nulife Pvt. Ltd, SK Labs, Western Commercial Corporation, and Serum Institute of India.

Situated near Rajiv Gandhi IT Park, Pune, this institute is within the 30 km range of Pune International Airport and Pune Junction railway station. The infrastructure of ACP is hi-tech, modern, and think up as per the needs of the students. Some basic amenities available here are:
