Sir Theagaraya College has a robust Placement Cell that works dedicatedly to facilitate placement opportunities to the students. The Cell provides information about the courses, latest job openings and the entrepreneurship schemes initiated by the State & Central Government to the students so that they don’t miss any career opportunities.
The Cell provides assistance to the students with a focus on those belonging to the middle class families and to those who are from the financially weaker backgrounds to get part time jobs. It invites various firms, insurance companies, and private banks to organise campus drives in the College.
Previously, students have been placed in organisations such as Wipro, HCL, TCS, etc.
Sir Theagaraya College has a campus spread in approximately 5.5 acres of land. The College infrastructure includes an Administrative Block and various other blocks for different academic departments. The classrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with digital teaching-learning aids such as overhead projectors and LCD projectors. Moreover, the College building’s blocks are equipped with lifts, ramps, and additional amenities such as wheelchairs & walking aids for the handicapped students.
