Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University has a campus area of 100 acres nearby Lucknow city. The campus of the university is located in a pollution-free locality nearby Lucknow city. Facilities provided at the university are:

Hostel facilities: The University has Gargi Hostel for girls and Tygore Hostel for boys situated inside the campus. The facility is available for full-time students in different courses from UG to doctoral levels. The hostels have all the modern amenities for the students like a common room, reading room, sports facility, and dining hall. The buildings of the hostels have a visiting area as well as separate facilities for guests in the residential areas of the university. 

Sports facilities: At SRMU there are excellent facilities for recreational activities like sports.
