Established in 2012, Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University (SRMU), Lucknow is a Private University. It is approved by UGC and AICTE. It is recognised by BCI, PCI, Council of Architecture (COA), and Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The University is accredited by NAAC.

Vision: The vision of the University is to become known in the whole world for education & research. It aims to prepare individuals who are morally, socially, and ecologically aware & are willing to contribute to the welfare of the country.

Mission: The University’s mission is to widen the educational programs it offers & to introduce new courses that align with the latest National & International trends to adhere to the needs of the society.

The Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University offers Integrated, Diploma, UG, PG, and Ph.D programs. Some of the SRMU Lucknow Courses & their eligibility criteria are given in the table below:

Admission Process

Interested students can apply for admission in the desired courses through online & offline modes. For online application, students can visit the official website of the University & for offline process, students have to visit the University in person and complete the requisite formalities.

In all the programs (except B.Ed & LL.M), students will be granted admission based on their marks in the entrance exam.

SRMU offers various scholarship schemes to provide financial benefits to excellent performers and the deserving students.

Students who fulfil the respective eligibility can avail the scholarships. However, a student can avail benefit of only one among the offered scholarships. Different types of scholarships offered at the University are discussed in detail in this section.

CUET & SRMU SET

The scholarships offered through different entrance tests are described below:

• On the basis of Common University Entrance Test (CUET): On the basis of the CUET percentile, the scholarships offered are given in the table below:

• On the basis of SRMU Scholarship Entrance Test (SRMU SET): On the basis of the SRMU SET merit scores, scholarship on the semester tuition fee will be awarded to the students willing to take admission in the Engineering programs:

National Score Based Scholarship

Students of various disciplines are granted scholarships on the basis of their ranks & marks in the respective National Level Entrance Tests. The detailed information about the same is given below:

• For Engineering: Students willing to take admission can avail scholarship based on their rank in the JEE Mains; the details are as follows:

• For Management: On the basis of CAT or XAT / MAT percentile, the scholarship offered to the students of the Management discipline is outlined in the table below:

• For Architecture & Law: Students who are planning to take admission in the Architecture / Law courses can avail scholarship on the basis of their scores in the NATA / LSAT; the details are mentioned below:

Special Scholarship

Apart from the above-mentioned scholarships, the University offers scholarships to the students based on their career progression to encourage them to pursue higher studies. Under the special scholarships, few other scholarships granted to the students are given in the following table:

Merit Based Scholarship

The Ramswaroop University Lucknow awards the below given scholarships to the meritorious students to encourage them to work hard & achieve more:

• For UG & Integrated Programs:  Students who want to take admission in the UG / Integrated courses can avail scholarship on the basis of their merit marks in 12^th class. The information is as follows:

• For B.Tech (Lateral Entry) / B.Arch / PG Programs: For the B.Tech (Lateral Entry) & B.Arch, candidates are granted scholarships based on their merit marks in the Diploma / B.Tech. For PG courses, the basis of scholarship is Graduation merit marks scored by the students; details of both are mentioned below:

• For Diploma & D.Arch: The below given table highlights the details about the scholarship offered to the students based on their marks in 10^th / 12^th class:

* The aforementioned scholarships are applicable only for the 1^st year of admission.

* There are no fee concessions for the students of the D.Pharma & the LL.M courses.
