Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University Hostels are available for both male and female students. The hostels are known as Gargi Girls Hostel (GGH) and Tygore Boys Hostel (TBH) and are available for full-time UG & PG students and for research scholars.
SRMU Lucknow provides accommodation to students from different States of India and abroad. The hostels are surrounded by greenery and provide a comfortable and homely environment to students. Every hostel has around 6 floors with nearly 12 wings and about 216 rooms.
Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University hostel charges the same fees for students enrolled in UG, PG, Diploma, or Integrated courses. The fee structure is the same for both male and female students. The hostel fee is Rs. 75,000/- per year. Additionally, students will have to pay Rs. 5,000/- as caution money. So, the total fees amount will be Rs. 80,000/-.
SRMU Lucknow Campus has all the facilities to provide a comfortable stay to students. Every room has a LCD TV with DTH connection. There is a dining hall at SRMU Lucknow hostel where hygienically prepared meals are served to students regularly.
Also, a reading room with a library facility where students can study peacefully. Along with a fully-equipped gymnasium, the hostel has facilities for indoor and outdoor activities. Additional facilities such as 24 hours power backup, round the clock surveillance, medical aid, Wi-Fi, ATM and banking facilities are also available. Water coolers with purifiers are also available on each floor. Moreover, a separate area has been designated for visitors with a guest house facility for overnight stay.
Furthermore, The University has a separate bus for hostelites that is available for outings on Sunday with fixed timing. In regards to students’ safety, SRMU Lucknow campus is under CCTV surveillance with a biometric attendance system. A police outpost is also set up for security purposes of students, especially the hostellers.
