DSMCH has a sprawling campus which has been developed on 100 acres of land with a built up area of 12 lac square feet. College has ultra modern infrastructure and facilities which can be used by the students for their overall development and some of them are mentioned below:

• Library: The campus has a library for medical students which has several resources and also provides access to departmental libraries. 
• Laboratories: To provide practical medical sessions to the students, college has multiple laboratories which are fully equipped with necessary equipments and facilities. The labs include:

• Sports: DSMCH has a playground which comprises separate space for athletics, cricket, & football and also has a basketball court & volleyball court. • Medical Facilities: College has its own hospital which provides healthcare facilities to the students. The hospital functions with more than 1200 beds and is equipped with all required amenities. Excellent medical services are provided to the students.
• Museum: College comprises a museum which is enabled with wet specimens, models, charts, x-ray view boxes, articulated skeletons, etc.
• Seminar Room: It is equipped with all necessary teaching aids and also has audio visual facilities. Here, the college conducts several events and seminars.
