KMCH College of Occupational Therapy is a medical college that started in the year 1995. It is one of the units of Kovai Medical Centre Research and Educational Trust. Affiliated to Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, the College of Occupational Therapy got recognition from the Government of Tamil Nadu. The college offers bachelors and Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. It started offering both degrees in three specialties of Child Health, Mental Health, and Neurology from 2005. Both these programs make students learn the skills in Human Occupations, Health Conditions, Research, and Evaluation in O.T. Clinical practice that is necessary before completing graduation.
The college has some admission procedure that every candidate is required to follow. Candidates who are looking for admission in the college must bring a Transfer Certificate from the last institution. He/ she should have an HSC/ CBSE/ Pre-Degree/ ISCE/ AISSCE/ intermediate certificate and a migration certificate issued by the board of higher secondary or equivalent education.
