KMCH College offers an undergraduate and post-graduate course in the field of Occupational Therapy.
This full-time course of 4-5 years creates Physiotherapists who treat mentally challenged people. They do the treatment in order to make these patients capable enough to enjoy their life.
The course makes students learn the art of adapting the patient’s environment and educate them to learn the basic living skills that they can perform daily. In the earlier days, the treatment was known as “Moral Treatment”. Candidates willing to apply for the course should have cleared HSC or any equivalent examination with Chemistry, Physics, and Botany/ Biology/ Zoology.
This is a two-year full-time course that offers a postgraduate degree to students in the field of Occupational Therapy. Candidates pursuing the course get to learn about the application of theory, evaluation, critical thinking, and improving the therapy practice. The course comprises of the skills that require a candidate to look for the affected areas in the patents.
It demands the therapist to look for the therapy and perform it in functional and successful ways. Candidates willing to take admission must have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy with a minimum of 50% marks.
