Full-Time Courses:
Alliance School of Law offers this five-year, full-time integrated course to 60 students every year. It is one of their flagship programs. The institute offers a robust understanding of the social sciences and legal services with an in-depth understanding of mutual relationship of society and law. The subjects include political science, sociology, economics, and English as minor subjects with the law being the major.
The whole course is divided into 10 semesters as the course is a five-year integrated course. Supported with innovative methods of teaching and designed to prepare its graduates for domestic, international, and corporate law subjects, Alliance School of Law curriculum is prepared to provide maximum learning exposure to the students. The course also caters to the specialization papers like business law, intellectual property, international law, criminal law, and constitutional laws.
Each semester has six subjects except the ninth and tenth semester where the students have to learn only five subjects in each. The students are allowed to select their additional papers on economics, sociology, or political science in their 4th, 5th, and the 6th semester as specialization papers. The students also have the provision to pursue management or finance according to their choice as their specialization papers.
Eligibility criteria: the candidate applying for Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law must have a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in their 10+2. There is a relaxation of marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST i.e. 40%. There is an age constraint for candidates applying to the alliance school of Law which are, 20 years for general candidate and 22 years for backward communities.
