MIMS College of Nursing being run by an educational and charitable trust assisting the minority communities (part of MIMS Academy trust) is affiliated with the KUHS and was founded in 2003. The college is approved by the INC and Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council. It is the first nursing college in Kerala that received NAAC accreditation for health sciences.
Vision: To train the upcoming generation of nursing professionals who are ready to tackle the challenges of a diverse healthcare environment anywhere in the world.
Mission: MIMS Nursing College mission is for the students and the faculty to promote health for all communities through innovative nursing education, practice, research and service guided by the principle of being caring & understanding nurses.
MIMS CON courses are for the field of nursing at undergraduate and postgraduate level with a few specialisations. Candidates can register themselves online through the MIMS CON official website. Candidates must visit the “Academic” tab, select “programmes offered”, choose the course, and click on it. The page will display the course details along with the “Download Prospectus” and “Apply online” tab. Register and start with the application.
Note: Submission of two application forms can lead to rejection.
MIMS CON occupies a land of 5.4 acres of a 48 acres campus. It provides a modern infrastructure that has 9 ICT enabled classrooms, internet access computer lab, 11 clinical labs, and a well-maintained library.
