At RJC Mumbai, 50% of the seats are reserved for the candidates belonging to Hindi speaking community and as per merit. The remaining seats are filled according to the directives of the University of Mumbai. To motivate students for higher education, the college grants a number of scholarships on its own and also from the State & Central Government. It has signed an MOU with Seth Bhojraj Hassomal Charitable Trust for Bhojraj Scholars Scholarship Program under which meritorious students from economically weak backgrounds are awarded 50% scholarship of their annual course fee. To apply for this scholarship students must score at least 60% marks in 12th and their annual family income should not exceed Rs 3,00,000. Also, applicants should not avail any other scholarship.

The college has adequate infrastructure facilities to support the educational journey of the students.
