Interested applicants are required to undergo an online application procedure in order to get admission to the courses offered by FLAME University. They must provide details such as educational qualification, entrance test scores, personal details, work experience (if any), accomplishments, and a statement of purpose. They must register through the application portal available on the official website to create their user account. They will get an auto-generated mail on the registered email ID with their login credentials. They must use these credentials to apply to the programs of the University. The Career Services Office of the University helps students in getting placements in companies that can fit their capabilities and skill sets. It also assists students in defining their career objectives and tries to meet those by providing them with appropriate employment resources. It also helps them in understanding tools such as career fairs, resume writing, presentations, and interview workshops. Practical learning is an integral part of the teaching process which is promoted by the University via its Developmental Activities Program (DAP) and Summer Internship Program. The Summer Internship Program is necessary for every student during their academic sessions. The key purpose of this program is to inculcate classroom knowledge with associated practical applications and capabilities. The Career Services Office in association with Summer Internship Program conducts active workshops and training talks to develop awareness among students about multiple career opportunities.

Flame University was established as a private university in the year 2014 and is recognized by the UGC (United Grants Commission). Flame believes in providing a liberal education system in India. It creates a learning environment that amuses and excites the students. It follows the principle of providing students with stress free education. This will help them grow in a creative and composed manner. Flame acts toward social commitment and wants to make a substantial difference in the society by contributing to underprivileged children.
The Institute doesn’t see knowledge as an aim or mission but believes acquiring knowledge is a lifelong process. Students are made to learn in an interactive and stress free manner. It helps to inculcate them with a learning process that is helpful lifelong. The student has to provide their SAT scores or FEAT score. An Internal assessment based on Admission Test, Essay, Personal interview, past academic Records, Extracurricular activities and professional achievements are conducted. The students doing extremely well in admission tests are given scholarships.
The University has an integrated library which is named after famous Indian Monk Swami Vivekananda. The library is a state-of-art building that contains a number of interesting books. The Architecture of the institute is modern and extremely attractive providing students with comfort and intimacy.
The Library is 2,555 square meter ground plus two-story building. It offers space for more than 420 students and is equipped with 65 computers giving online-resources from varied databases such as CMIE, Thomson Reuters, Crisil, Proquest and other online resources. There is a reprographic section available where students can make copies only for the use of private study.
