Swami Rama Himalayan University [SRHU], Dehradun established in 2013 is a Private University. Swami Rama Himalayan University, also known as SRHU is a private top-class institution in the capital city of Uttarakhand. The university came into existence in 2013 as per the state govt act. The university is a prestigious part of AIU, the Computer Society of India, and CII. It is also recognized by DSIR, MCI, and IASS along with ICMR. The university has an agreement with AIIMS and IL&FS. To push the smart village initiative, SRHU and Pranab Mukherjee Foundation have worked together. The Himalayan Hospital has an authorization by the American Heart Association to offer courses in basic cardiac life support.
Swami Rama Himalayan University has been offering higher education in a variety of fields through its 40+ teaching departments.
