IIIT Guwahati Fees Structure & Courses 2025

The course student is computer science and engineering department in the Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati. My motive to choose this Institute was its good academic curriculum, its infrastructure, it's facilities, the sports opportunities, etc. This is also good in playing cricket so I chose this Institute. To enter in this Institute you need to score good in JEE Main and then participate in counseling. There are two exams, 1 middle semester exam and one at the end of each semester. The Academy is very structured to provide you the exposure of real life challenges.

Total fees for the 1st year is Rs. 3,39,500. The fee is mainly for tuition, hostel and 5,000 for Institute caution money. There is not any special discount provided for special categories.Read Full Review

You can go on its official website and check about the academic curriculum. The curriculum is very modern, and you don't have to study Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Drawing Engineering and all such things. You will be taught only programming-oriented subjects like Computer Programming, Digital Design, Mathematics, English and Electric circuit analysis in your first year. After the first year you can upgrade your branch if you have a good CGPA.

Academics in this institute are top notch. The way it is planned systematically and the way each subject is taught are commendable. Firstly, you can get into this institute by qualifying JEE Main followed by JoSAA, and CSAB counseling.
