I have opted this course because law as a subject has always fascinated me to be involved in the literature at an earlier stage of my life. The teachers that we have at our university are with the qualification of their respective Ph.D and they are admitted at the position of the Assistant Professor while serving a period of one month as a Trainee. The main rational behind the teaching method of our university professors is to help us in the theoretical aspect as well as the practical aspect for the knowledge of law so that the students are industry ready to be able to handle things when they go out to work for the same. The teaching methods usually comprises of teaching the students through presentations, class room activities, court room visits (to help in learning the practical aspect of law) with students being given assignments to be able to inculcate the learning for the same. We also have to write at least one research paper every semester. This helps the students to learn more effectively and efficiently. As for the exam, a class test at the discretion of the concerned faculty is conducted with a prior notice for the same.Read Full Review
