SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital started its operations in 1986 under the aegis of SDM Educational Society. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore. The College is ranked by NIRF in 2024 and recognised by DCI.
