SRM University Sikkim (also known as Shri Ramasamy Memorial University Sikkim) [SRMUS], Gangtok established in 2013 is a Private University, currently having 151-200 position in NIRF Ranking 2024. SRMUS Gangtok is approved by UGC, and is accredited by NAAC-B. Admission in SRM University Sikkim is offered in Engineering, Management and Humanities at UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Doctorate level with scholarship benefits to deserving students.
SRM University Sikkim is a part of the SRM Group of Institutions and came into existence in the year 2013. The University is NAAC–accredited and UGC – approved. The Key objective of the Placement & Training Cell at SRM University Sikkim is to offer a platform for its students to make sure that they receive the maximum number of job opportunities. The Placement coordinators and officers guide students and put efforts to train them as per industry standards. The members of the Cell maintain strong relationships with HR / Senior Executives of multiple companies to gather information associated with the requirements in various disciplines. The main accountability of the Cell is to ensure that students are skilled enough to perform well during the recruitment process and crack interviews. The Cell also organises Professional Competencies Sessions for students which helps in their personality development, aptitude building, and personal grooming to make them industry-ready.
